1. All information is provided in good faith however, as some of the information provided within the site is provided by third parties, Woodwork Music Ltd. do not warrant that the information provided is accurate.

2. The availability of mp3 music files for download within the membership only area is subject to these music files being used for the purposes of auditioning said music for use in bona fide commercial audio visual by professionals working within those industries.
3. No other licence or use of said music files is given or implied by their availability on this Website. All use of this music in your project is subject to a synchronisation licensing agreement. Please contact Rachel@woodworkmusic.co.uk in order to obtain such a licence.
Membership
1. By becoming a member and gaining access to the music available to stream and download from the site you are agreeing to use the music for auditioning purposes only.
2. Please do not abuse the download membership service. We are able to provide you with so much music for free because of our agreement with our clients, the music owners.
3. Members are responsible for the activity associated with their account and their account may be terminated at any time if we deem that there is unauthorised activity taking place.
Privacy Policy
1. This website uses industry standard security and encryption. If you submit your personal details to us in order to become a member of the Website we will endeavour to protect your information and will not pass it on to any 3rd parties.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
1. Woodwork Music Ltd. endeavour to make the site available on a continuous basis however we cannot warrant that the site will be available twenty-four hours a day.

Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or un-enforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
