Monomen are a Norwegian new wave/electronica band from the small suburban area Sørumsand, outside of Oslo. Formed by former classmates Kristian Rangnes, Kim Skråmo, Tobias Kristiansen and Vidar Torget, the young quartet shows its affection for 80's post-punk and new wave through a collection of infectious tracks, bringing to mind The Chameleons , Joy Division, New Order and Depeche Mode to name but a few.

With an abundance of catchy melodies, weird electronics (Gary Numan anyone?) and murky vocals, this record alone is enough to establish them as one of Norway's most promising bands. Prepare to get hooked...
